PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage dry treatment device for dry treatment of garbage at a low temperature without crushing. SOLUTION: An enclosed circulation air passage 7 is composed of a treatment container 4 open/closed with an enclosing cover 2 for holding garbage 3 inside, a blower 5 for forming an air flow ventilating in the treatment container 4 and a condenser for condensing water contained in the air flow formed by the blower 5. The condenser 6 having a condensing portion 14 only facing the enclosed circulation air passage 7 is provided with a cooling device 8 adjacent thereto for cooling the condenser 14 from the outside.
