PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly collect liquid once atomized and thereafter liquefied in a liquid storage chamber and to stably generate mist even while supplying liquid to the liquid storage chamber. SOLUTION: A space between an outer tank 1 and a partition plate 2 is sealed by an O-ring 32. A communicating hole 33 is formed on the partition plate 2, and a check valve 34 is constituted on the communicating hole 33. The check valve 34 is constituted of a valve seat 36 formed on the partition plate in a circumference of the communicating hole 33, a valve element 36 arranged in the communicating hole 33, a coil spring 37 to energize the valve element 36 to the side of an outer mist chamber 7 and a nut 38 screwed in the valve element 36 and to regulate its movement. The check valve 34 is closed by a pressure difference at the time when a cap 13 is removed and opened when the cap 13 is screwed on it.
