SOLUTION: On the upper surface of a frame body in which a leg part 3 having an insertion hole 31 is formed and which is assembled into rectangular shape with L-shaped two-way joints 32 to be arranged on at least four corner parts and pipes, a panel whose length is a little longer than that of the longitudinal length of the frame in which a joint provided with a fitting part of a C- shaped cross section, to which the pipe can be fitted, is fitted on its rear surface is laid parallel side by side and a panel to be arranged on the hole 31 of the joints 32 at least four corners is attachably and detachably fitted, then the adjuster mechanism 1 whose grounding board is swingable at a prescribed angle is incorporated to the hole 31 of the part 3 of the joint 32.
