PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a substrate and a motor connectable in noncontact manner so as to attain improvement in reliability by mounting a stator in the substrate of portable electronic equipment and providing a rotating rotor in a chassis side. SOLUTION: For instance, a stator side allowing a current to flow into a motor is provided with a substrate 106 which mounts a circuit of portable electronic equipment, a drive coil 107 is mounted on this substrate with a part for other portable electronic equipment. A yoke 108, for positioning in a rotational direction of a magnet 101, is provided in an opposite side to a magnet 101, by interposing a substrate 106 and fixed to a case of the portable electronic equipment. Furthermore, the drive coil 107 and one more detecting coil 109 are mounted on the substrate 106. The circumferential length of the yoke 108 is constituted corresponding to about two poles the magnetizing length of the magnet 101. A rotor yoke 102 has a cut in its external periphery, and unbalance is constituted in a rotor. In this way, the substrate and the rotor of the motor are connected in a noncontact manner.
