PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic discharge(ESD) protecting circuit capable of improving ESD capability by minimizing the change of a gate electrode due to electrostatic discharge applying voltage and an ESD frequency. SOLUTION: An ESD protecting circuit includes a first transistor 21 linked with an input pad, a capacitor 22 and a diode 23 which are connected between the input pad and a low potential power source, a second transistor 24 connected between a connection point between the capacitor 22 and the diode 23 and the low potential power source, and a resistor 25 which is connected with the input pad and delays transmission of ESD charges. |
