PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of guaranteeing a wide operation temperature range, even if plural hard macro cores are mounted together. SOLUTION: Whether or not the frequency provided with temperature dependency of an oscillation part 2 is an abnormal frequency is discriminated in an abnormal frequency detection part 4. A heater 3 generates heat, when the frequency is the abnormal frequency and does not generate heat, when it is not the abnormal frequency. Circuit parts 8 and 9 by the hard macro cores are started from a stop mode and shifted to a normal operation mode by the discrimination that the frequency is not the abnormal frequency. Thus, lowest operation temperature is set for each hard macro core.
