PURPOSE:To easily find out a remote control whose location is not cleared by allowing the remote controller to respond to a retrieval signal when a retrieval signal output means outputs the signal. CONSTITUTION:When a retrieval switch 15 provided to a television receiver main body 10 is depressed, a retrieval signal is outputted from a transmission section 17 via an antenna 18. The retrieval signal is inputted to a reception section 25 via an antenna 30 in a remote controller 20. The reception section 29 outputs an operating signal to a power supply control section 28 to turn on the main power supply to connect a power supply 27 and a timer 31, they are operated and power supply is supplied to a buzzer 24. Thus, even when the location of the remote controller is not clear, the remote controller is easily found out. |
