PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the operability by setting a password to identify a speech party during a speech or after the end of the speech so as to accept an incoming call under the condition of a coincident password without the need for earlier setting or the like. SOLUTION: An interface 13 that detects a predetermined PB signal such as '*' transmits the signal '*' or the like and a succeeding password having already been set to a PB signal interface 14. A PB signal analysis section 16 that receives a series of the PB signals via the PB signal interface eliminates the signal '*' or the like at the head of it and gives only the received password to a reference section 18. The reference section 18 collates a caller number being received and exsisting in a caller number storage section 17 and the password received from the PB signal analysis section 16 with data stored in a memory 19 to discriminate whether or not they are coincident. As a result of the collation, when the received password is coincident with the password stored in the memory 19, the reference section 18 outputs 'speech permission' to the interface 13.
