PURPOSE: A color in-coil is provided to improve the quality of an in-coil because the color doesn't come off in insertion to a nut base material or fastening of a bolt. CONSTITUTION: A color in-coil forms a dyeing layer(3) on the surface of the in-coil by dying any one color dye requested by a consumer on the surface(2) of the in-coil(1). A method for preparing the color in-coil comprises the steps of: preparing an in-coil with various sizes; washing oil and metal material on the in-coil with a detergent(T.C); selecting the dye of one color demanded by a consumer; mixing dye 1~10%, 1-methoxy-2-propyl-acetate 70~80%, and 4-methyl-2-pentanone 10~20%; dipping the washed in-coil in a dyeing bath for 10~15 seconds; and dehydrating and drying the in-coil for 10 minutes. |
