PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform attaching work to a leader of a work device by installing guide give engaged with a guide pipe on a guide give installing frame of a separate body, and connecting the work device to the guide give installing frame by a pin. SOLUTION: A work device 16 is suspended to be brought near a leader 11 in front of an upper guide give device 15 of the leader 11. The work device 16 is slid to the leader 11 side while guiding the work device by a guide give installing frame 17, and pinions 21, 21 are meshed with a rack 13. The work device 16 is slid, a pin hole of the frame 17 and pin holes 23, 23 of the work device 16 are adjusted, the upper guide give device 15 and the work device 16 are connected by a connecting pin 22, and a stopper is removed. Afterwards, the work device 16 is raised, and guide give of a lower guide give device is engaged with guide pipes 12, 12 to thereby eliminate bolt fastening work for installing the guide give to the guide give installing frame to reduce a burden to an operator.
