PURPOSE: To enhance a performance of producing a calender by providing a plurality of paper supply parts each for delivering paper unwound from a set web, a plurality of additional image printing parts each for printing a predetermined image to be added to a calender, and a plurality of finishing parts for collating and trimming the paper in reference to collating marks. CONSTITUTION: Paper unwound from a web is delivered from each of reel stands 10a, 10b.... When each of the plurality of reel stands detects a trailing end of paper of a web, it delivers a leading end of paper of another web succeedingly to the trailing end. In a plurality of additional image printing parts 21a, 21b..., an additional image, such as a company name or a store name, is printed on a predetermined position corresponding to each of a plurality of base calender images on corresponding paper 12a, 12b... in reference to a register hole provided for every base calender image of the corresponding paper 12a, 12b... by flexographic printing or screen printing. Next, the temporarily bound paper 12a, 12b... is cut to be bound with a coil, thereafter being collated in reference to collating marks and trimmed. |
