PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly control the drying treatment of grain. SOLUTION: The sample of grain is extracted by a moisture meter 8, the value of moisture of each grain is measured, at the same time, the value of moisture of each grain is subjected to statistical processing, and the actual value of moisture of the grain to be subjected to drying treatment is calculated. A control part 24 controls the drying treatment so that the calculated value of moisture becomes a specific target value of moisture. In this case, a plurality of statistical processing methods according to at least the kinds and property of the grain are provided in advance, a grain selection switch 14 is operated by a user, and one of the plurality of statistical processing methods is set, thus properly controlling the drying treatment by the control part 24.
