PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an unnecessary warning, and to prevent sudden departure of a vehicle by announcing the presence of an obstacle according to an announcing signal outputted when confirming a continuance ranging over setting time of an accelerator pedal nonoperating state in a state where the obstacle exists in the vehicle advancing direction and a shift range is set in a travel range. SOLUTION: When confirming a continuance ranging over setting time of a nonoperating state when confirming a nonoperating state of an accelerator pedal in a state where an obstacle exists in the vehicle advancing direction according to detecting signals of an obstacle detecting means 1, a shift range detecting means 2 and an accelerator detecting means 3 and a shift range is set in a travel range, an announcing control means 5 outputs an announcing signal to an information display part 6. Thus, when performing inertial travel ranging over a specific time in the travel range when traveling on a stagnant road, suddent departure of a vehicle by a stepping error between a brake pedal and an accelerator pedal can be prevented by previously announcing information so that a driver is not confused by noticing the obstacle approaching just before the vehicle.
