PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper which facilitates attachment and detachment and treatment of excrement and allows the exchange of only the contaminated part even from the front surface side and rear surface side of a wearing person. SOLUTION: The diaper 1 is formed with a right waist covering part 2 for covering from the abdomen right half part to the rear surface lower right half part of the body, a left waist covering part 3 for covering from the abdomen left half part to the rear surface lower left half part and a crotch pad part 4 for covering from the abdominal region through the crotch to the rear surface lower center separately from each other. Both side marginal upper parts of the right waist covering part 2 and both side marginal upper parts of the left waist covering part 3 are respectively freely attachably and detachably detained. The front part peripheral edge of the crotch pad part 4 is freely attachably and detachably detained to the front side lower parts of the right waist covering part 2 and the left waist covering part 3. The rear part peripheral edge of the crotch pad part 4 is freely attachably and detachably detained to the rear side lower parts of the right waist covering part 2 and the left waist covering part 3.
