TABLE BUTTON PAD OF COMPUTER

摘要

PURPOSE: A table button pad for a computer is provided to input a button of an internet phone and etc. rapidly and conveniently and to induce an interest on a computer operation by adding a pad-typed computer input device to a computer. CONSTITUTION: A key input unit(10) is connected to an input port(24) of a computer main body(30) by a connector(22), stores a key switch circuit(20) therein, and inputs a predetermined signal to a computer in accordance with a user's operation. The key input unit(10) comprises numeral keys(12) similar to a dial button a telephone, a plurality of function keys(14), and an on/off key(16). A direction key(11) may be displayed in the numeral keys(12). A key switch circuit comprises a membrane switch. An on/off key(6) may be used as a hold key for preventing the membrane switch from being pressed. A display unit(26) as an LCD is provided at one side of a pad(2) for displaying telephone number inputted from the key input unit(10). A control unit(18) is provided in the pad(2) for transmitting a signal inputted from the key input unit(10) to the computer main body(30), and transmitting a signal inputted from a keyboard(40) to the computer main body(30).
