PURPOSE: A dot spacer for a touch panel and its forming method is provided to make better a close adhesion performance of a high density and precision pattern on a base, and have a pattern with a better surface flatness and a better durability in respect to a finger touch. CONSTITUTION: A dot spacer for a touch panel comprises a base(1), cylindrical type microscopic protrusion material(2), semispherical type microscopic protrusion material(3), a lower electrode layer(10), an electrical insulation layer(11), electrical conduction films(12,15), an upper electrode layer(13), a bendable insulation base(14) and a resin spacer(16). A method for forming the dot spacer includes steps of applying positive photosensitivity material to a base, drying the positive photosensitivity material on the base, projecting active energy ray along a photo mask pattern, heating and softening the pattern obtained by developing the corresponding projected part, and forming microscopic protrusion pattern with a non edge shape and a flat surface. |
