PURPOSE: Provided is a wastewater treatment composition which can eliminate COD of non-decomposable wastewater, chromaticity, n-hexane, an ionic surfactant, T-nitrogen, and odor from the wastewater at one time. CONSTITUTION: A process for producing the wastewater treatment composition comprises the steps of: kneading 50-85 wt.% of a fossil carbon particles with 25-30 wt.% (based on the fossil carbon) of water spray; adding 5-15 wt.% of bentonite particles, 5-15 wt.% of zeolite particles, 8-12 wt.% of an activated clay particles; and adding 5-7 wt.% of an additive compound selected from the group consisting of a decolorizing agent, an absorbent, an accelerator, an oxidizing agent, etc.
