PURPOSE: A hermetic rotary compressor is provided to prevent the oil leakage out of a casing via a refrigerant discharge tube for increasing the refrigerating and lubricating performance in the casing and the performance of the compressor. CONSTITUTION: A hermetic rotary compressor includes an oil filter(41) provided between a refrigerant discharge tube and a driving motor, and formed of net type filtering parts(45), an oil film restraining element such as a coil(47) for contacting the net type filtering elements for restraining the generation of an oil film in the filtering element, and a fixing part(43) formed in the shape of ring, connected to the filtering parts and the oil film restraining element and fixed to an inner wall surface of a casing(1).
