PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute the opening and closing mechanism of the front panel of a cold storage open show case such that it does not need power consumption at a low cost. SOLUTION: Wires 11 and 12 are connected to both right and left sides of the front panel 10 arranged at the front of the main body of a cold storage open show case, and both these wires 11 and 12 are connected to one piece of balance weight 23 arranged within the chill circulation duct region 20 at the rear within the main body so that the front panel 10 may be moved up and down by hand.
