PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart flaw resistance and abrasion resistance by providing a cylinder constituted of a metal inner cylinder storing a movement and a metal outer cylinder covering part of the inner cylinder, and arranging an elastic buffer body between the inner cylinder and an outer cylinder. SOLUTION: A screw 36 is screwed to the thread of an outer cylinder 21, and its tip section 36c penetrates a buffer body 35 and is coupled with a cup-shaped buffer body 38 inserted into the hole 37 of an inner cylinder 20. A circular opening is formed at the bottom section of the outer cylinder 21, and the bottom face of the buffer body 35 is exposed from there. Part of the buffer body 35 covers part of the bottom of the inner cylinder 20 and is protruded outward from there. The coupling between the bottom face 33 protruded from the inner cylinder 20 and the buffer body 35 prevents the release or movement of the buffer body 35. The outer cylinder 21 is made of metal and causes no trouble such as flaw or abrasion due to contact or collision with external foreign matters. The fixing screw 36 fixing the outer cylinder 21 and the inner cylinder 20 is screwed to the outer cylinder 21, and its tip section 36c is coupled with the buffer body 38. Even if a shock is applied from the outside, it does not reach the inner cylinder 20, and a movement in the inner cylinder 20 is not broken.
