PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent a cut rubber from shifting or dropping from a mountain cup for an aerosol container while the cut rubber which may not adversely affect a worker or environments is used. SOLUTION: The mountain cup 1 for an aerosol container with a cut rubber 6 placed on an internal face of a curl 2 provided along an outer periphery for forming a gasket has a rough surface 5 with unevenness of 2 to 10 microns formed on the internal surface of the curl 2, and the rough surface 5 serves as a mount for the cut rubber 6. The rough surface 5 is formed by applying a paint in which powder of 1 to 4 microns in diameter is mixed.
