PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate excellent in scratch resistance, deep drawing properties, whitening resistance on bending, antistatic properties, high frequency sealability or the like and suitable as a skin material of a base material of every kind. SOLUTION: A layer (A) of an ionomer with a Shore hardness D of 50 or more, a layer (B) of a polymer compsn. consisting of a potassium ionomer (b1), a polyhydroxy compd. (b2) and an arbitrary ethylene copolymer (b3) and characterized by that (b1) is at least 5 wt.% or more, (b2) is 0.1-30% by wt. of (b1) and a product of a dielectric constant and a dielectric loss tangent in frequency of 13.56 MHz is 0.07 or more and a layer (C) of an ethylene/polar monomer copolymer with a polyethylene or polar monomer content of 15 wt.% or less are successively formed and the thickness of each of the layers occupies 1/8 the thickness of all of the layers.
