PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming the partition wall to be broken through of the component housing cup in a capsule having such a structure that two kinds of reactive materials consisting of a constant amt. of a powder or liquid component (first component) and a constant amt. of a liquid component (second component) both of which are preliminarily weighed are housed in an isolated state and the partition wall between the reactive materials is broken through at a time of use to push the second component in the first component to mix both components and, after mixing, the partition wall between a nozzle and the resulting mixture is further broken through to extrude the mixture toward the nozzle. SOLUTION: A patch is brought into contact with one surface of a partition wall at the position corresponding to the part 2g to be broken of the periphery of at least the partition wall to be broken through of a component housing cup integrally molded into a predetermined shape by the injection molding of a thermoplastic synthetic resin and, in this state, a punch having a heating and melting blade or cutting blade having a shape matched with that of the part 2g to be broken is pressed to the other surface thereof until the edge thereof reaches the depth corresponding to the predetermined thickness of the part 2g to be broken around the partition wall part to be broken through. |
