PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power window regulator, by which a window pane can be operated by a driving motor even when there is electrical trouble by the submergence, etc. of a car. SOLUTION: A power window regulator E is constituted in such a manner that a breaker 44 interrupting a circuit in the case of submergence is interposed between a driving motor 41 and a main power supply 4 operating the motor while an operating switch 46 and an emergency power supply 45 being charged and discharged are installed between the breaker 44 and the driving motor 41, and a waterproof means 50 is executed to at least the driving motor 41, the operating switch 46 and the emergency power supply 45.
