PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a higher flow rate than in the prior art, with adequately keeping a low instrument error in a low flow rate range of a flow meter by a slight shape change. SOLUTION: A flow meter comprises a target 4 for blocking the straight flow of a jet from a nozzle 2, a fluidic element forming a main circular arc C1 with center at the downstream of a nozzle jet plane 3 and a sub-circular arc part 6a along a sub-circular arc C2 if a second radius(r) with center at a point with a distance D at the downstream of the nozzle jet plane 3, and a fluid vibration detecting sensor 10 having characteristics having a sensitivity attenuation region with a detection level lowering toward the high frequency side. The target 4 is formed so as to meet the relation 25>=Tw/r>=7.5+2.0 where D is the width Tw of the target 4 and (r) is the second redius.
