PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of condensate produced from the low temperature refrigerant piping of a secondary refrigerant circuit. SOLUTION: Primary and secondary refrigerant circuits 30, 40 transmit and receive heat through a refrigerant heat exchanger 50. The secondary refrigerant circuit is provided in a showcase and constituted by coupling a compressor 41, the refrigerant heat exchanger 50, an expansion valve and an evaporator through refrigerant piping. At least the compressor 41 and the refrigerant heat exchanger 50 in the secondary refrigerant circuit are disposed on the floor plate 15 and contained, together with the showcase, in a space formed below the showcase. High temperature refrigerant piping 61 on the delivery side of the compressor 41 is laid along the floor plate 15 receiving condensate of the low temperature refrigerant piping 62, 63 of the secondary refrigerant circuit thus heating the floor plate 15.
