<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition control device of an internal combustion engine, whose reliability can be maintained high by restraining the propagation of stress to a resin-molded igniter. SOLUTION: An ignition control device of an internal combustion engine is provided with a case 11, and an inner core 12, a secondary coil 13, a primary coil 14, an outer core 15, etc., which are accommodated in the case 11. An igniter 20 for intermittently controlling primary current flowing in the primary coil 14 is included in the case 11, and gaps between the respective members are sealed with insulating layers 16. A type 50, which is easy to peel off and used for preventing infiltration of cracks generated in the insulating layers 16 in the vicinity of the igniter 20 into the igniter 20, is stuck to the lower part of an aperture part P of an igniter case 21.</p> |
