PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent transfer of a releasing oil from a transfer sheet to a photosensitive drum or minimizing the same occurring in the case of performing an image formation on both sides of recording material. SOLUTION: By adding a processing stage for grinding the transfer sheet 8, either before or after, or in midway of both sides image formation, the transfer sheet 8 surface is roughened for forming unevenness, and at the same time, ground powders are produced. These powders are, acting as the spacer between the transfer sheet 8 and a photoreceptor drum 1, reducing the contact areas between the both, and preventing or reducing the releasing oil from sticking to the photoreceptor drum 1.
