PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply, surely and efficiently exhaust the gas in a cavity by communicating with a vacuum evacuating device through a shut-off valve arranged at the position except the last filling part of molten metal in the cavity, forming a gas venting hole on a die parting plane surrounding the cavity of the last filling part of the molten metal so as to always connect with the outer part and opening/shutting the shut-off valve at starting the injection of the molten metal and during injecting the molten metal. SOLUTION: The shut-off valve 14 is arranged at the position except the last filling part (an air vent 13 part at the top side) in the die, and a movable die 8 and a fixed die are combined to form the die cavity 7. When the molten metal is started to inject the molten metal, the vacuum evacuating device is worked and the shut-off valve 14 is opened and the pressure in the cavity 7 is reduced to exhaust the air in an injection sleeve through the cavity 7, a runner 15 and a flowing divider 12. After closing the shut-off valve 14 during injecting the molten metal, the molten metal is filled into the cavity 7, but the air in the cavity 7 is exhausted from the air vent 13 arranged at the die parting plane and communicated with the outer part as the gas exhausting.
