PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce vibration of a vehicle body by absorbing the vibration generated on the vehicle body as much as possible with a dynamic damper. SOLUTION: A transmission TM is supported by way of a mount member 12 having elastic bodies 34A, 34B. At the center in the height direction of the elastic bodies 34A, 34B, rigid intermediate bodies 35A, 35B are interposed to keep the vibration frequency of the elastic bodies 34A, 34B within a narrow band. A dynamic damper 13 is provided to cancel the vibration of the elastic bodies 34A, 34B.
