PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing anode active material for secondary battery is provided to enable users to compound lithium nickel cobalt active material with superior charging and discharging capabilities by using cheaper and economical cobalt metal. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing anode active material for secondary battery includes the following steps. Selecting one or more among oxalic acid, succinic acid, tartaric acid, fumaric acid, and others and putting them into a reactor. A reactor is maintained with the temperature of 20-50°C. Lithium, nickel, and cobalt compound liquid metal are put into the reactor. The method enables users to produce a lithium nickel cobalt active material with better charging and discharging capabilities. |
