PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely enlarge and widen a place enabling entry of items of notice and others and thereby to provide the receiver side with an increased amount of information by means of a double postal card, by constituting the part of a notice card in the double postal card out of a plurality of paper pieces, while meeting regulations for the double postal card, and others. SOLUTION: This sheet has a notice card sheet part A composed of a notice card surface bonding piece 2, a notice card main body 3 and a notice card rear bonding piece 4 and a reply card sheet part B connected to the piece 4, and it has a constitution wherein a weakly adhesive means 9 is provided on each of the laminating surfaces of the three sheet pieces of the notice card sheet part A, while a strongly adhesive means 10 is provided on each of the laminating surfaces of the notice card main body 3 and the notice card rear bonding piece 4 on a reply card main body 5 side, so that the three sheet pieces of the notice card sheet part A are lapped and bond together and that the notice card can be spread when a separation part 7 is separated. The notice card surface sticking piece 2 is provided with cuts 16 and a notice card address entry part 15, and the notice card main body 3 is provided with a notice card presentation part 17 to be presented through the cuts 16, while the reply card sheet part B is provided with a reply card display part 18 and a reply card address entry part 19.
