PURPOSE: A production process of non-ionizing radiation source for dynamic magnetic pads is provided which use no tool and electric heat. CONSTITUTION: A production process of non-ionizing radiation source is characterized by adding necessary oxides as kinds of pain on the basis of silica which is a subject to emit dynamic magnetic field in resonance by radiation thermal stimulus of human body infrared. The radiation source is added to pain relief dynamic magnetic pads by increasing body temperature and thermal effect and applied to a human body. Thereby, it is added to sanitary pads to relieve menstrual pain.
