PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal underwater electric mixer capable of involving no air even in a state of low water level, providing the sufficient jet stirring effect without generating the vibration, and sufficiently ensuring the suction amount of water. SOLUTION: In this mixer, a guide ring having an annular water discharge port 4A on its front end is connected to an outer periphery of a propeller 2, only an upper edge of a rear end of the guide ring 3 is extended to a rear part of a horizontal underwater motor 1, and a lower end forms a downwardly inclined edge 5 by cutting the neighborhood of a front end lower part of the horizontal underwater motor 1 to an inclined upper rear part. The inclined edge 5 is an opening edge, and a slot-shaped suction port 4B is opened from the neighborhood of the front lower part of the horizontal underwater motor 1 to the rear part.
