PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading device to a powder and grain conveying vehicle not required to make the powder and grain conveying vehicle go to and return from a weighing machine for controlling a target load capacity at the time of loading, required to move the powder and grain conveying vehicle under a loading facility only once, loading the target load capacity automatically and reliably in one loading work, and requiring no returning work and no reloading work. SOLUTION: This loading device 32 is used for loading powder and grains B into the tank 2 of a powder and grain conveying vehicle 1 from a loading facility 3 side in a bulky stacked state, and it is provided with a detecting means on the powder and grain conveying vehicle 1 side and a discharge valve 8 on the loading facility 3 side. The detecting means detects the loading to a target load capacity based on the prescribed approach displacement between a vehicle body 10 and an axle and the prescribed rise value of the air pressure to a bellows. The discharge valve 8 is closed based on the detection result of the detecting means to stop loading.
