PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To independently take off the stiffness of a person's tensed muscle fiber by massaging and simultaneously effectively expedite the circulation of the blood by providing a driving means for sliding a push ball in a sliding track of a sliding guide to press a projection at the tip of the push ball to the body of a bathing person by sliding, and simultaneously vibrating the tip of the push ball by a vibrating means. SOLUTION: In use, first a bathing person enters a bath tub to tilt his back to a body support means 21, and a control device is operated to actuate a massage device. Whereupon, the control device drives an air pump to supply air to an air pipe 25. Secondly, a valve element 35 of each driving valve 26 is rotated to supply air to an air driving bellows 24, thereby elongating the air driving bellows 24 to slide a push ball 23 in the sliding track of a sliding guide 22 so that the push ball presses a region to be massaged of the back of the bathing person. A motor 39 of a vibrating means 36 is driven so that vibration is generated by rotation of an eccentric rotor 40, and the vibration is transmitted to the tip 37 of the push ball 23, whereby vibration is applied to the region to be massaged, thereby expediting the circulation of blood.
