摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the delay of transmission that is caused by the staff multiplexing and to improve the degree of freedom to the transmission rate of an input signal by sampling a signal with the time division multiplex frequency, transmitting the sampled signal to a time division transmission channel, composing the divided PCM signals into a continuous stream, converting the continuous stream into an analog wave to form a waveform and outputting serially the signal converted into the PCM signals. SOLUTION: The signal that is outputted from a PCM random over-sampling(ROS) part 20 is sampled by a sampling part 23 with the transmission frequency of a time division multiplex clock 22 or 1/n transmission frequency and then multiplexed. This multiplexed signal is transmitted on the transmission channel of a transmission line 25. Then the signal is divided by a dividing part 26 and outputted to every transmission channel. These divided signals are combined with the data on each transmission channel and composed into a continuous stream by a multiplexed frame composing part 27. The PCM signals of the continuous stream are once converted into the analog waves by a stream forming part 30 and the waveforms of the analog waves are shaped. Then the output signals 1 and 2 which are converted into the PCM signals are serially outputted.
