PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film excellent in various characteristics such as durability at the pen input and transparency without deteriorating visibility, and realizing inexpensive manufacturing for a touch panel constitution to be used for a pen input type display element. SOLUTION: A high molecular stretched film whose retardation value is 4000 nm or more is used as a substrate 11, and an amorphous transparent conductive thin film layer 12 is formed on at least one face of the substrate 11 so that a transparent conductive film can be manufactured. In this case, the surface tension of the transparent conductive thin film layer 12 is 35-60 dyne/am. Also, a touch panel and a liquid crystal display device using this transparent conductive film are provided. |
