<p>The invention relates to long-wearing cosmetic compositions comprising an acrylic acid derived polymer or copolymer and at least one water soluble organic pigment. The polymer or copolymer can be in the form of an emulsion. The compositions are long lasting, water resistant and exhibit substantially indelible qualities. Further, the compositions will not smear, run or settle in the lines and creases of the skin. These compositions are useful as eyeliners, other cosmetic products, or as body paints.</p> |
