<p>The proposed spinning unit contains a combing roller (30) to whose working surface (300) there is assigned a feed mechanism (2) of a fiber sliver, behind which a working wall (100) of the spinning unit body (1) cavity (10) is assigned to that combing roller (30) working surface (300). Between the working wall (100) and the combing roller (30) working surface (300) there is performed a working channel (4) being provided at its beginning next to the fiber sliver feed mechanism (2) with a run-on surface (40) with an entering edge (41). Behind this entering edge (41) the working wall (100) of the spinning unit body (1) cavity (10) is provided with an inlet hole (510) of a separation channel (51) of contaminants having a front and rear edges (511, 512). Value of ratio of the distance (B) of contaminants separation channel (51) inlet hole (510) front edge (511) from the entering edge (41) of the working channel (4) to the length of the spinning unit body (1) cavity (10) circumference lies in the range of 0.17 to 0.21, whereby the value of ratio of the distance (C) of contaminants separation channel (51) inlet hole (510) rear edge (512) from the entering edge (41) of the working channel (4) to the length of the spinning unit body (1) cavity (10) circumference lies in the range of 0.27 to 0.32 and the ratio of the distance (D) of the tangent point (Di1) of the tangent plane (500) contact with the working wall (100) of the spinning unit body (1) cavity (10) from the front edge (511) of the contaminants separation channel (51) inlet hole (510) to the length of the spinning unit body (1) cavity (10) circumference lies in the range of 0 to 0.01, whereby the ratio of the distance (E) of the front wall (513) plane (5130) of the contaminants separation channel (51) from the tangent plane (500) to the length of the spinning unit body (1) cavity (10) circumference lies in the range of 0 to 0.011.</p> |
