PURPOSE: An equalizing dropper clamp is provided to simplify the structure for an easy installation and reduce manufacturing cost while allowing the dropper clamp to function as a hanger and dropper and a conductor. CONSTITUTION: An equalizing dropper clamp comprises a main body(62) and a coupling member(64). The main body is a plate having a predetermined thickness, strength and length and bent at a lengthwise center portion thereof in such a manner that both ends thereof are opposed to each other. The main body has both ends which are bent to correspond to grooves extended along both side surfaces of a catenary, and opposed side walls having coupling holes. A pressing portion(54) is protruded from both opposite side walls of the bent portion extended from the coupling hole. The main body(62) has at the bent portion thereof an insertion hole(60) for insertion of a dropper(56). The coupling member(64) is selectively coupled to the main body via the coupling holes and supplies pressing force in a direction to permit the opposed side walls to be adjacent to each other. Thus-coupled main body(62) and the coupling member(64) is connected to both ends of the dropper(56).
