PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a heat pipe is provided to inject a precise amount of working fluid in a capsule by filling the working fluid in the capsule before inserting and sealing the capsule in a vacuum state, thereby improving performance of the heat pipe and standardizing and mass-producing the heat pipe with a compact and convenient vacuum-sealing procedure. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing a heat pipe(10), a capsule(14) is filled with an optimum amount of working fluid(16) in proportion to an inside volume of the heat pipe, the capsule is inserted in the heat pipe and sealed in a vacuum state by welding a filling tube(12), and the capsule is burst by a slight impact from outside and working fluid is filled in the heat pipe.
