摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an apparatus and a system which prevent the number of passage elements of a main circuit current in terms of a circuit from becoming many so as to lower their efficiency and the constitution of a control circuit becoming complicated to increase cost. SOLUTION: A pulse-width modulation(PWM) converter circuit 5, which is constituted of a high-speed diode and a switching element connected in parallel with a rectifying diode, is provided. In addition, an inverter circuit 14a which drives a motor 16a and an inverter circuit 14b which drives a motor 16b are provided. In addition, a microcomputer or a digital signal processor 17, which controls a PWM-converter drive circuit 9 when the motors 16a, 16b are in a prescribed rotating speed range or higher, which controls the PWM-converter drive circuit 9 to control an inverter drive circuit 15a, and an inverter drive circuit 15b, when the motors 16a, 16b are in the prescribed rotating speed range or lower and which controls the speed of rotation of the motors 16a, 16b, is provided.
