PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-colored aggregate for pavement, which is free from the fear of being stuck to rolling rollers or tires for vehicles, capable of opening road in early stage and constructing a spray type surface treated layer having durability. SOLUTION: The non-colored covering aggregate for pavement composed of the non-colored aggregate having a coating layer of a granular material stuck thereto with a binder is provided and the producing method of the non- colored aggregate for pavement, which contains a process for forming the coating layer of the binder on the surface of the aggregate by mixing the aggregate with the binder and a process for forming the coating layer of the granular material on the coating layer of the binder by adding the granular material and further mixing, is provided.
