PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain comfort regardless of the length of connection piping by selectively controlling the upper-limit frequency of a compressor when extending piping for a specific amount of time after starting operating the compressor and that of the compressor when connection refrigerant piping is standard one according to the operation of a long-piping switching means. SOLUTION: A frequency (f) is selected out of frequencies being stored in a table storage part 13 in advance (S6), and time(t) after starting operation is compared with third reference time 13 (for example, 120 seconds) (S7). In the case of third reference time t3 or less, the frequency(f) is compared with a third upper-limit frequency f3 (for example, 15 Hz) (S8), and the frequency(f) is selected out of frequencies being stored in the table storage part 13 in advance again when the frequency is smaller than the third upper-limit frequency f3 (S6) for repeated processing. Also, in the case of the third frequency f3 or higher, the frequency (f) is set to the third upper-limit frequency f3 (S9) and the frequency(f) is selected from frequencies being stored in the table storage part 13 in advance, and the succeeding processing is repeated. |
