PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a rivet to easily fall off so that a binder is separable from a cover body, even when the binder is fixed to the cover body by the rivet. SOLUTION: A base 20 for the hinder 15 is closely arranged on the inner face side of a spine cover 11 and at the same time, a plate member 33 is arranged on the inner face side of the base 20 so that the base 20 and the plate member 33 are integrally bound together through a rivet 14. In the plate member 33, a smaller hole 35 than the tip diameter of the rivet 14 and a large dia. hole 36 connected to the small hole 35 or an open part 37 are formed. In addition, a swollen face part 40 is provided on a part of the plate member 33 and at the same time, a tool introduction hole 42 such as for a screw driver is formed in the swollen face part 40. The screw driver is rotated in such a state that the tip of the screw driver is introduced into the hole 42 to be fitted to the groove 32 of the base 20. Consequently, the large dia. hole 36 and the open part 37 are positioned at the tip position of the rivet 14 and thus the rivet 14 is made to fall off to the outside of the spine cover 11.
