PURPOSE: A method for advertising on off-line of a computer is provided that a site operator receives related advertising charge from sponsors, and a user receives fixed amount, or reserves cyber-money according to connecting the advertisement, by recording and notifying result of the advertisement such as exposed number of the advertisement and user's second response, to the sponsors on off-line. CONSTITUTION: A method for advertising on off-line of a computer comprises the steps of: generating an advertising database in an user computer; confirming whether to convert into on/off-line, by detecting a TCP/IP protocol; conveying automatically user response to a managing server in converting into on-line; downloading automatically, when a new version advertisement exists, by comparing the advertising database of the user computer with an advertising database of the managing server in converting into on-line.
