PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a groove spirally provided on the outer circumference of a circular road in which a center tension line is buried for the purpose of manufacturing a super multiple optical cable. SOLUTION: The device is constituted of a belt-like member 3 having a specific width and a pair of notches 5 formed with prescribed spaces apart in the longitudinal direction on the upper center of the belt-like member 3; a bottom part 7 is sectioned between the notches 5, with a side part 9 sectioned on the outer side of the notch 5 and with both sides of the belt-like member 3 folded up around the notch 5; a groove is thereby formed capable of laminating a number of optical fiber ribbons.
