PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an operator from being exposed directly to jetted oil even when high pressure oil is jetted due to a loose connection or separation between a flexible hose and pipe or damaged hose. SOLUTION: A jet flow stopping barrel 30 is fitted to a female coupling member 23 constituting a connecting member 25 which couples a hose 20 to a pipe 21 detachable and a holding barrel 31 is fitted to a male coupling member 24, and these jet flow stopping barrel 30 and the holding barrel 31 are mutually screwed. Thus, an end plate portion 32 which can be contacted to a hexagonal portion 24b in the male coupling member 24 is coupled to a holding barrel 31; a ring-shaped stopper plate 33 contacting a base 23a in a female coupling member 24 at the middle position of the inner peripheral surface is connected to the jet flow stopping barrel 30; if the jet flow stopping barrel 30 and the holding barrel 31 are screwed, both the coupling members 23, 24 and the lead-out portion of the hose 20 are fully covered and the jetting of high pressure oil, if occurs, can be stopped.
