SOLUTION: The flowing out preventing member 10 for preventing the flowing out of the carrier out of an aerobic treating tank E1 is provided at the aerobic treating tank E1 housing the carrier C1 capable of carrying microorganisms together with water to be treated and provided with the air diffusing pipe D1 for fluidizing the water to be treated by supplying bubbles. And the air diffusing pipe inserting hole 14 for making the air diffusing pipe D1 freely insertable and detachable into the aerobic treating tank E1 from the upper side of the aerobic treating tank E1 is provided at the flowing out preventing member 10, and also the damming mechanism for preventing the flowing out of the carrier from the air diffusing pipe inserting hole 14 in the state in which the air diffusing pipe D1 is inserted in the air diffusing pipe inserting hole 14 is provided.</p> |
